Trivayu Labs Pvt Ltd is committed to delivering high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
We offer replacement or repair support in case of manufacturing defects or functional issues. Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Returns / Replacement
Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or functional failure.
Issues arising from improper usage, physical damage, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorised repairs will not be covered.
Normal wear and tear, including filter clogging over time, will not be considered a defect.
Minor variations in product design, color, or finish (due to production batches) will not be treated as defects.

Important Conditions
The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, packaging, and invoices.
Products that are used, damaged, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or replacement.
Filters and consumables are not eligible for return once used, unless found defective upon arrival.

Return Process (3 Simple Steps)
Step 1 – Raise a Request
Email us at our Customer Care Email Id with the subject line “Return Request” within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Order ID
Description of the issue
Images / videos showing the defect
Our support team will review and guide you on the next steps.

Step 2 – Pickup / Shipping
Reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable).
If not available, you may be asked to ship the product to the provided address.
Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid transit damage.

Step 3 – Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected by our technical team.
Approved cases will be processed within 7–10 working days for replacement or repair.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

Additional Notes
Trivayu Labs Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after inspection.
In case of disputes, the company’s decision will be considered final.

Jurisdiction
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
